How boaters can vote in the general election

Just because you live on a boat does not mean that you are denied a vote. The people at Votey McVoteface are encouraging boaters to take part in the forthcoming general election (and it has to be said doing so to replace the Conservative government), especially in marginal constituencies. Here's what they say:
"If you live on a boat and cruise in any of the following areas, there is a good chance you have a connection with a marginal constituency: Bristol, London, Hebden Bridge/Todmorden, Leeds, Milton Keynes and Nottingham. If you have no fixed address, have moored up in any of these places or used services in the area, you can register to vote there now."
