Tiny House Scotland is owned and run by Jonathan Avery whose flagship build is the NestHouse ("a highly insulated modular moveable small eco-house") which is 3.4m wide and available in three different lengths ( 3.6m, 4.8m and 6m) although the modular nature of the design means additional sections can be added. He is also working on a NestPod which will be 2.55m wide and road towable.
